AP computer science VS. other class

Okay. So. I have the opportunity to change my schedule because there was a confusion in my course selection. My concern is this: I am going to be a senior this coming year and am applying to colleges of engineering. So far I have taken bio , chem, and honors physics in highschool. Now I was told that not taking a science course senior year looks very bad to colleges especially engineering. My issue is I can't take more than 1 science because my schedule is already full. I have room for either AP computer science, honors anatomy, AP environmental science, or AP bio. I would prefer AP computer science; however I am concerned that colleges do not see the Class as an actual science course but rather an elective or something not academic like Anatomy. So I dont know Wether or not they would see it as another year of science or what? I'm worried that it may effect my chances to get into a college like UCSD. I know for a fact that 4 years of science is a MUST to be competitive in the top engineering schools. I just don't want this course selection to affect my chances

AP comp sci is a math course. If you need four years of science, you’ll have to take either APES or AP Bio
