AP course reporting

<p>I'm not sure how to report "AP courses taken/underway" when asked on college applications.</p>

<p>See, my school doesn't really have AP courses, but I'm currently taking non-credit AP Biology through MIT's ESP student club and have an Advanced Latin independent study (more or less) designed to match the AP Latin Literature curriculum. I'm also designing a course in Calculus, not necessarily matching the curriculum but I think the end goal is taking the AP test. Would these qualify as "AP courses"?</p>

<p>no, but you can explain on your app that your school doesn't offer AP courses and you are taking the highest level courses offered. I am in the same situation and this is what I'm doing. Usually, your high school profile that goes with your app has this information.</p>
