AP courses for future Economics or Political Science major

Hey,

I’m not sure which AP courses I should take as I head into senior year. I plan to major in Economics or Political Science, and have already taken AP Economics, AP English Lang., AP Psychology, and AP Seminar. The course load’s pretty manageable too.

Which should I take in my senior year? I’m open to doing up to 5.

Stats and calculus will help you analytical chops.

Agree with @T26E4 - especially calculus, which will make the more advanced econ courses easier going.
US Gov + Comp Gov (they are usually a semester each)
Euro (esp if looking at political science)

I definitely second govpol/compgov, stats will definitely help. What about APUSH? if you’re American it can be a very rewarding class, and knowing your country’s history (including political history) will be very useful in the polisci workforce.

Very helpful:
AP Government
AP Calculus
AP Statistics

Also helpful:
AP Lit
APUSH
AP Euro
AP World

Alright so I’m registered for AP Research, AP Calculus AB, AP Euro., AP U.S. Gov. (it’s a year long course, I have to take it on VHS). Should I add AP Statistics or AP Lit.?

Thank you all very much for your responses btw
