What AP courses should prospective pre-med students take? Are courses like European History and Environmental Science necessary?

No, they aren’t. I talked to this really fantastic biology teacher, and he said ideally definitely take these 4 because they are the heavy hitters
- AP Chemistry
- AP Biology
- AP Physics
- AP Calc (I think this was just for credit though?)
- Anatomy and Physiology (it’s offered at my school, not AP but you should take it if offered)

I never did AP Physics thought/aren’t (I’m taking honors instead senior year to save a little stress)

^ Yeah, but to help with college apps AP English Literature and APUSH is also recommended. This would be the 6 core AP’s. But the more the better, in a way.
