Have you taken any AP classes prior to Junior? I would be very careful since 8 AP’s even on a block system will be a huge amount of work and time. You do no want your grades to slip Junior year especially since UC’s only use 10-11th grades for their GPA calculation and will base your acceptance on these grades. What are you planning to take Senior year, since 12th grade rigor is also considered in the UC admission decisions. UC’s will want to see an equally rigorous Senior year.
