ap credit analysis

if i'm taking calc bc, would credit in stats be useless? This year if i'm going to take calc bc, stats, and spanish, which one should i spend more time getting a good score? i'm also taking english lit but i already have the credit fulfilled by english lang and comp (i've been told).

(i want to study english, biology and/or premed)

the other ap tests i took all were scores of 3s were:
european history, american history, biology, english lang and comp

i don't understand the ucla ap website so it would be great if some1 analyzed my credits.

AP Stats will give you 4 excess units. A 5 in Calculus BC would exempt you from 31AB, assuming you accept the credits.

You can't study pre-med because it is not a major. But you should have a decent # of excess units as you enter.

just to add, if you accept ANY AP units, then u accept ALL the units.

so if i get a passing score in calc bc and a passing score in stats, i can use BOTH of them?? which math test would you suggest that i focus more on studying?

is it true that the calc bc test is pretty much useless if i don't wanna go to higher math? there is a math requirement no matter what, right?

WHOA WHOA WHOA, BRUINBOY!

ARE U SERIOUS?! If i accept for example my AP Economics credit but DONT WANT to accept my calc credit, i still HAVE TO ? OMG u better not be serious

1) A passing score in Stats (3+) and Calculus BC (5) will give you the option to accept units. Stats will give you excess units unless you are a related major (not totally sure about these majors).

As for Calculus, only a 5 will guarantee you to petition from the first two maths (31A, 31B). You can of course decline, but only for 31B and not 31A.

2) Study for both tests. If you have only one night though, study Calculus BC. Stats is a joke for a 3.
