I'm a bit confused. So I understand that my AP Exams can satisfy requirements such as R&C and Quantitative Reasoning etc. What I don't understand is how this works towards my total units. Are these graduation requirements just considered "fulfilled" but I do not receive any units towards my 120? I doubt this is the case, so how many units will I get for my tests? My scores may help: 5 AP Chemistry, 4 AP Spanish Language, 4 AP Language, and I will assume 5 AP Statistics, 3 AP Calculus AB, 4 AP Literature, 3/4 AP Physics B. Thanks for the help!

<a href=“University of California Counselors”>University of California Counselors; lists credit units at UC for AP scores. These are in quarter units, so multiply by 2/3 to get semester units.

Beyond base L&S requirements like R&C, AP scores may have other subject credit or placement specific to each L&S major (e.g. the Spanish department recommends starting in Spanish 4 if you have a 4 on AP Spanish language).
