If I were going to major in engineering, would it be a good idea to skip out of the earlier physics and calc classes with my AP credit or should I just go ahead and take them just because the college classes are probably higher quality?

My understanding is that there are several different physic intro series, depending on your background. So if you have strong AP and whatever, you still take intro, you just take the harder/faster intro.

i dunno about physics but as far as math goes i think there are three intro series one being basic, two being honors, and three being tailored towards engineering and practical application. there could be more but whenever i went throught the eng. handbook thats wht they talked about.
