I'm sure this has already been asked before, but I viewed the list of classes that Stanford gives AP Credit. Now, I'm really wondering if I should end up taking the econ (macro and micro) and biology tests? Assume that I won't be able to get a full refund and that both my teachers allow me to not take the test. I really don't want to take the econ because I'd have to make it up on a different, less convenient day. I also don't want to take the AP Bio test because it is right before the Physics Test (which actually counts for something). Say I get to Stanford and end up taking econ or bio classes. Would I be able to skip past the introductory classes despite not taking the tests? Basically, is there any reason to take the AP Tests that aren't on Stanford's list on the website (the ones that are include physics, calc, compsci, languages, and a couple more)? Assume I can't get a full-refund and that my teachers allow me to not take the test.

I’ve heard that taking an AP class may allow you to place out of some intro classes if they don’t give you credit, but I’m not 100% sure on this.

^So all I have to do is say I took the class? They won’t ask me for my AP Test score?

You’re not going to get any Econ AP credit. And your not going to be able to skip 1A/B.

Not sure about being able to skip out on Bio, but I don’t think you’ll be able to skip ahead either there.
