<p>you probably wont need them if you already have a credit for the class, which means you have already taken it</p>
<p>Here is a link to UT’s page about AP credit. If you made at least a 4 on your AP test, then you can claim credit. It should not matter what your major is. Ask your adivsor about it at orientation</p>

<p>My daughter has a minor in economics and was able to use her AP credits for the micro and macro. This might be okay for a business major. (?) If you were actually MAJORING in economics, I would say talk to your advisor first; they might want you to take the UT version of micro and macro.</p>
