Looking at the AP Credit page, almost all of my daughter's AP credits can only be used for Unrestricted Electives or the Humanities/Social Science Theme. For McCormick, you need 12 credits total for these requirements. So my question is, if you have 12 or more AP credits, will they allow you to have your entire Electives and Themes requirements covered by AP credits?

AnonMom - I emailed my son, who is a rising Jr at McCormick Here’s his answer:

"This is exactly what I did haha. There are different categories you need to complete, but it’s only 7 credits, unless they changed it. But I haven’t heard anything about that. Take a look at the website. The credits just need to be “thematically related.”

Thanks, nugraddad! I think there are 5 unrestricted electives and 7 for the “theme” electives. But great to know! Thanks!
