At the moment studying motivation is really low. As in I've been sitting with my books all day and haven't absorbed any information. (Isn't that the worst? I'm trying and trying and it's not working.

Anyway given that I'm going to bomb my APs if I continue at this rate- I'm wondering what exactly AP credits can do for you? I already have 10 from past APs and if I do well this year I'll have 16. What are the benefits I can reap from having 10? 26 (Potentially, if I cross my fingers and pray)?

At the moment I don't think I'd want to cram undergrad. into less than four years...so what else could those credits do for me? Or is it perfectly okay if I bomb my BC and Physics C tests?

It's not ok. I mean it won't kill you but skipping Calc I & II and Physics I & II will mean that you can start with more advanced classes and get more advanced work done before you graduate (or just graduate early) which means that you'll be better in your field than the other guy. I wish I had AP Credits like that. Bah.

ahh i know what you mean... except i haven't actually been able to force myself to study AT ALL. luckily we had a practice ap in calc... but i did incredibly terrible. soooo.... since hopkins only accepts one of the tests i am taking im not super motivated to study. or do anything else.

anyways, i think one important question is whether you are trying to be pre-med. because i know that pre-meds have to take physics and it is really miserable, so if you have the ap credit then i think it will be really good for you to be able to test out of that. i am int'l studies so i don't get to test out of anything :P.

ahhh carpecollege wanna start a club with me? seriously I was bouncing off of the walls today! BC calc on Wednesday, can't do a frickin' thing with taylor series...and what do I do?
Bounce off of walls. Literally.

God.
Skipping out of Calc and Physics would mean a great deal to me. I mean I'm IN these classes so that I won't have to take them in college.
On the other hand...
I'm not going to do pre-med at all. I completely intend to do humanities.
