<p>Since I am majoring in a science I will not be using my AP credits that I received for science courses such as AP Physics, Chem and Bio. However can I use my AP Lit credits and AP history credits such as Government, US and Euro? Can these credits get me out of some core classes?</p>

<p>I will be using US Gov, US History, and Euro History credits. You can use those as long as you got a 4 or 5. You cannot, for some reason, get AP English Lit credit at NYU. I know, it sucks, as I’m taking the AP English Lit exam in 1 week. 
NYU wants you to take the English class at NYU.</p>
