I am concerned that I am ill-prepared compared to other admitted ND students.

I have the feeling that AP classes are far too easy at my school. For example, the AP Bio class in my school covers only about 20 chapters out of 50 chapters required for the test and my AP Euro class gives an excessive amount of extra credit. I am taking 7 AP courses this year and except just before test days or the due date of a major project, I have 0-1 hours of homework--and I am not slacking off, my lowest grade is a 97.2% in AP Lit. I am concerned because I have heard that at a nearby rival school, the AP Bio class covers every single chapter, the AP Euro class reads 50 pages per day, the AP Chem class have chapter outlines and many problem sets, the AP US class goes through one or two chapters per day, and so on.

Is the rival school exaggerating? Are AP courses as easy as I described at most schools or should I be doing a ton of independent study to even out the discrepancy due to easy advanced classes at my school? What are AP courses like at your school?
