Ap Econ

Sorry I tried searching for a thread like this but I couldn't find one. Sorry.

What's the best book for studying for the AP Test (Macro and Micro)

I don't know what the best is but I used the Cliffs Notes book w/ the princeton review book.

Buy Kaplan's macro/micro and Mankiw's principles of economics textbook. I would recommend studying three months before the test if you are self-studying. I read through Kaplan twice and some of mankiw for macro and I got a 3 (self studied.)

I'm taking the class. (not self-studying)

What book should I get if I want to get a 5?

Get both Mankiw and Kaplan.

I used 5 steps to 5 and Princeton Review. I did only the macro section of Princeton and did both macro and micro from 5 to 5.

Score? 5 on Micro and 4 on Macro.

I liked 5 to 5, and seeing as I sucked at Micro and thought myself to be good for Macro, that book must've helped.
