S24 is debating adding an elective to his schedule. This year our school is offering AP Computer Science Principles for the first time. Anyone have experience with this class? His other thought is AP environmental science. He is interested in both topics and will otherwise be taking a rigorous schedule with an intensive EC so out of school time involvement is an important consideration.
AP computer science principles is a great class. I highly recommnnd. I’m taking it now, and it’s actually very easy as long as you do the lessons and projects. The exam also has a pretty high pass rate, so there’s that.
