<p>My son received a 3 on his AP Eng Lang exam.
Should he retake it?</p>

<p>Depends on if he actually wants to get credit for the test. I know my state school accepts AP credits for a 3 or higher. Other schools will only take a 4 or 5. Have him research his school’s requirements.</p>

<p>Colleges don’t even see your AP score unless you choose to report it. It’s definitely not required. Don’t retake it just for that.</p>
