AP Eng Lang helping SAT???

<p>Hey guys,</p>

<p>Our school doesn't offer AP English Language and COmposition.</p>

<p>If I buy a book and self study for AP English Language and Composition, will it help the Critical Reading and Writing section of SAT as well?
I plan to take SAT in June I think.</p>

<p>MAYBE writing but the passages are A LOT harder to understand IMO than the SAT ones. So yes I think it would for CR and a little in writing.</p>

<p>i actually thought the prose reading passages weren't too different than on the SAT, just a tad harder.</p>
