Self-studying atm.

I’m going to bump this post up because I’m self-studying too and I’m not sure what approach to take. :D

In high school, DD wrote about one three-page paper a week. In her school, she wrote a rough draft each week and handed in the final draft from the week before, so she was working on two papers each week. I do not know about the books.

thanks lol

Wow, I am so not looking forward to taking this class next year. I’m definitely not going to be doing AP English Lit my senior year; I hope to take it at my local community college over the summer (English 1101 :)).

For AP English Language, you’re not required to read a novel like in AP English Literature. All we did in my AP English Language class was analyzing essays and wrote a definition essay, which required us to use many rhetorical devices and strategies we learned from writing the essay.

Which exam did you guys find easier? I’m currently taking AP Lit right now, but I’m considering taking AP Language while at it. Is this a good idea?
