AP English Language help

okay, so I found out a few weeks ago that my English teacher signed me up for the AP Language exam, and I don't really know much about the exam. Does anyone have any tips for last minute studying or for the actual test taking? I think I'm screwed, but I really want to pass this exam.

for the multiple choice:

~read the passage carefully
~answer all the questions on a page before bubbling in (until you are short on time)
~try to think of the answer to the question before you read the answer choices
~the easy questions are worth just as much as the hard ones
~there are only 54 (I think) multiple choice questions...meaning the guessing penalty can really get you.

Don't worry too much about it. The MC is mainly your ability to think...it is kind of hard to improve on, especially this close to the test.

As for the essays there are: rhetorical analysis, qualifying or refuting and argument, and a document based question (6 documents). Sadly, I can't help you with those as I outlined in my post in the "AP Language Test" topic.

according to wikipedia:

Score....Percent of testers who get it
5...........5.4%
4...........15.9%
3...........29.6%
2...........36.7%
1...........12.4%

and the average score is a 2.65

ok, thanks so much. I hope it helps. although that grade distribution does not seem very generous.
