AP English Language Help!

I know that there are three types of essays for ap english which are rhetorical analysis,

argumentative, and synthesis. Are there specific things that readers look for in these essays?

For example, for the SAT essay, readers typically look for the standard essay with at least

three evidence and a good thesis. Furthermore, if a student finishes all two pages, it's

another plus for the grader. Are there any "pluses" that the AP english readers look for?

For the multiple choice tests, how do you improve on these? I find it extremely hard to

understand the passages because of the way the majority of the sentences are structured.

The essays are pretty different.
The argumentative one is similar to the SAT essay.
The rhetorical analysis essay uses devices in the text and explains their importance.
The synthesis essay: use 4 out of the 6 sources in the essay, and each one is used as support for a topic. They should be brought up briefly and should only be used for support of statements.

^I thought it was three sources for the synthesis.

I believe it is only three sources for the synthesis essay-you can use more, but you don’t get any extra “points” for it.

This is somewhat irrelevant, but is there a discussion thread for this subject?

Yes. let me bump it for you.
