Plan on becoming: A doctor, gynecologyist, or Lawyer.
Whatever is more interesting to you, since you already have the three main sciences and level 4 of foreign language. That is assuming that you are not short of the usual expectations in English, math, history / social studies, and visual or performing art.
AP chemistry and/or biology may be slightly more helpful in preparation for college chemistry and biology courses you will need to take if you do pre-med.
