<p>Yay! It's now legal! The questions were posted 48 hours after the exam on the CB website if you need a refresher:</p>

<p>I thought I did my best work on questions 2 and 4. 1 and 3 were perfectly ok but not 100%.</p>

except for the one ques on frq about which ecosys needed fires
and i put chaparral, after i crossed out grassland... ugh</p>

<p>a quick scan of google:</p>

<p>"Understanding the natural role of fire in chaparral ecosystems is necessary to effectively manage fires in southern California’s shrublands"</p>

<p>"Some studies suggest that fire can benefit the chaparral community. The older the chaparral, the more monotypic (single-species) and fragile it becomes."</p>

<p>fires are needed for grasslands too, or else it would undergo succession into a forest</p>

<p>oh thank god. i put chaparral (logic?) lol. i basically was vomiting ******** for the APES FRQs.</p>

<p>the cadmium one wasnt so great either
i said to reduce cadmium in landfills, to reduce metal-related containers and to use plastic/paper substitutions</p>

<p>i didnt know that cadmium was used for batteries.</p>

<p>ok so if i got basically all of number 2 wrong
but 1 and 4 80- 100 percent correct and 3 ~50 percent correct
but i still had 65+ on the MCs</p>

<p>could i still get a 4?</p>

<p>I guess it was good that my biome project was on the chapparral then... </p>

<p>I think I screwed up the math one but oh well.</p>

<p>I kinda guessed on the last section about ecosystem fires. I thought you could mention a specific ecosystem, so I said the Everglades. There are regular natural fires there, and it's not a forest, so......</p>

what did you guys put for the reasons for this tho?
i hated the math part TT</p>

<p>omg number 2 was so unfair!
if u couldnt do the first, you couldnt do the rest.
i didnt know how to change mm to m^3 so i pretty much couldnt do anything for that whole problem.</p>
