I have never taken an enviro. science class. However, I would like to take the exam this May (which is in a couple of weeks). What is the best prep book for the exam.....if I haven't taken the class and I am not using a textbook? Most people say PR or smartypants or Barrons. Which one is the best of the three? Thanks.

I self studied for APES using only PR, released exams and online FRQ and got a 5

Where did you get the released exams? I know where to get the FRQ’s. But how about the released exams?

any suggestions?

I am using Princeton Review, Barrons, and online FRQS. Anyone have released exams besides the like 1998 one.

Where did you get the released exams? And, of the 3—which is the best to get a 5—without any additional textbook?

Released exams? I would love to know!

Use the PR Book.

I have currently been reading through the PR book the last couple days and then scored a borderline 5 on the first practice test just yesterday, so I am very confident that I can score at least a 4 now.

So, no to smartypants? Or, Barrons? I heard on CC…that Smartypants was the best. Any more suggestions, would be helpful =)

any more suggestions?

Barrons- For if you did not take a class with the test.
Princeton Review- took the class, need a good review. Teaches you concepts and vocab, but on the exam of course you still have to be able to analyze stuff you have never heard of.
Smarty Pants- I have heard it is the same as PR.

So take your pick.
