yeah its a joke if you actually have the class and a book or whatnot. i took it last year as a soph. with NO preparation but that of AP bio. by no preparation i mean the ecology chapters of biology and thats IT. i just walked in and took it and got a 3. i did well on the FRQs but i probably like got 30 multiple choice right. its not a joke if you didnt study. 50% isnt all thyat bad on an ap test of you know where to omit actually... but yeah i mean id suggest studying even more so you can get a 4 or 5.

i actually signed up for it thinking it was easy then simply canceled it because it couldn't fit in for me. also notice only 25% get a 4 or a 5! That's one of the lowest curves

If you're taking AP bio it's MUCH easier. It's not the fact that it's easy, but it's not really recognized as much, and a lot of schools don't offer it yet.

50% isnt bad at all, based on AP curves. If you prep a bit more, you can probably raise ur raw percentage to 65% or so, which is almost always a 5.

I am not nervous at all about the APES test. Took AP bio last year, self-studying this year. I dont think im even gonna bother buying a prep book.
