AP Environmental Science Crash Course is the best book.

Princeton Review is decent too, but includes extraneous legislation. The legislation section in the APES CC book is to die for - it summarizes up all the legislation you need to know and their key points. The PR book includes too much environmental legislation and doesn’t sum up what you need to know about each one. The Crash Course book doesn’t have any practice tests (well, it has one that’s online, but it’s a waste of time to take). The PR book does have two tests and they are worth taking. They aren’t especially representative of the real exam but nonetheless worth the time and effort to take.

Read AP Environmental Science Cliffs the night before and got a 5. Highly recommended.

While I am reading this, I am currently holding Cracking the AP Environmental Science Exam (2012) right now, lol. It seems like a good book so far, but only 2 practice tests.

Read the actual textbook and you’ll be fine. I only took that class half a year and didn’t study for it but I still got a 4 on the exam. I’m convinced it’s because I would read the textbook
