<p>It depends on your interests. If you'd rather do Computer Programming, you might be able to take AP Computer Science instead or something. It's better to take something that interests you. If AP Environmental Science is boring for you, you should probably find something else unless you really want another AP.</p>
<p>i was wondering b/c my school offers 22 AP's, and I want to take the toughest courseload possible. 10th grade the max # of AP's you can take was 2 and 11th grade the max is 4. Everything else basically is honors. If I stuck to 4 senior year as well, though I guess if I really wanted to I could take up to 7 i think, would that still be taking the toughest courseload possible? And the max anyone has ever taken at my school is 6 btw. What do you think?</p>

<p>in the end it all depends on what you want to do.
I will be an Iternational relations major, it made sense for me to take envi sci becuase it fits. if it matters i LOVED the class not becuase it was easy but becuase it mattered, i think it should be a required, but if you want to do somthing else or don't know what you want to do. that is different. you classes are obviously difficult. no one is going to accuse you of slacking. Think about taking the classes that will best prepare you for your future. everyone loads up on aps. use it as an oprotunity to show colleges your "passion." obvious, corny but true</p>
<p>no, i definitely understand. for me personally,with all the required courses I have to take through my school, I don't have much option left really to choose classes I woud luv like Philosophy to show my passion. But, hopefully my EC's will take care of that! Thanks for the input!</p>
