<p>Does AP Environmental Science require Chemistry knowledge? I have yet to take Chemistry, and it is listed as a prerequisite. </p>

<p>My school allows students to take courses via <a href="http://www.ccswebacademy.net%5B/url%5D"&gt;www.ccswebacademy.net&lt;/a> and I was wanting to enroll in their AP Environmental Science course. I was informed that I would be able to take the course as long as I could get a recommendation, which will be no problem. I was just wondering if not taking Chemistry prior to this class would affect my overall ability to complete the course.</p>

<p>Also, has anyone had experience with taking this course online? If so, what are your thoughts regarding your online experience?</p>

<p>No, not really. go to collegeboard and read the description of the course. <a href="http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/ap/sub_envsci.html?envsci%5B/url%5D"&gt;http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/ap/sub_envsci.html?envsci&lt;/a>
It's pretty much memorizing concepts, such as Biology.</p>
