is it possible to do environmental studies and geography self study by using just prep books?

i'm actually wondering the same thing :) - i took ap bio and did well, and i've taken earth science before. the course just seems like a souped up version of earth science. even going through apcentral's sample multiple choice questions, i was able to answer a lot of em :D

i've heard they're easy tests, but I haven't heard of a lot of people self-studying them sense they're so new most colleges don't recognize them or they can't be used for credit there.

I thought AP Enviro was extremely easy and that the Barrons prep book basicly spoon fed the entire course.

when you say geography do you mean human geography? b/c I took the human geo test and i got a good score and i swear we hardly ever did any really hard work. So you probably could self study for that test

im self studying AP human geography and it doesnt look all that hard. I know the AP environmental class is kind of tricky, but im not sure about the AP exam.
