what textbooks d o you use for AP European history and AP World history? Thanks

EURO: A History of the Modern World (Palmer, Colton & Kramer)

I suggest getting Birdsall Viault's book for EURO. It is very helpful.

For AP World History, we use World Civilizations: The Global Experience Fourth Edition AP Edition by Stearns.

For Euro we use an error filled, A History of Western Society by Mckay and Buckler.

We skipped about 400 pages though-- starting somewhere in the 1300s.

History of modern world palmer for ap. Western civilization for world history. Suggest u skip the world history test cuz its still new and under development and teh questions are rather arbitrary and lack definite form

I studied Euro History on my own.
I highly recommend McKay's History of Western Society. All of my history teachers said it was the text they used in college. It is a wonderful stand-alone text that delves deeply into Euro History. Even though the test is from 1400's on, I read from prehistory to present because it really interested me.
Plus I got a five on the test.
If you're just studying to the test, you can get volume II of the two-volume set.

SparkShooter, why did you dislike the book?
