AP Euro Prep Books

So I'm already getting Princeton Review and Crash Course. Should I also get Modern European History or is that just overkill?

I think that’s overkill, personally. The instruction you get in the course + the two prep books should be more than enough for a 5.

I considered a combination of Modern European History and PR, personally, accordingly to my previous thread on the subject. I think it also depends on the teacher, our teacher actually used to teach college at one point, so she’s extremely good at what she does, but since I plan to begin reviewing now, I’m guessing two books is good enough.

You’re actually in a good spot. Just stick with those two prep books and learn well from the class.

MEH was definitely overkill. I used barrons, crash course, and a text book, and hardly opened MEH. good luck

I read half of REA - too much detail and a bit confusing at times. PR has some random stuff. The best practice are released exams.

MEH does a good job of putting things in context, however. It’s a good book to look over as an aid for elaboration on essays.

The AP Euro kids at my school were using AP Achiever this year. A couple also used Crash Course. From what I heard, a bunch are confident on 4s/5s!
