Okay, I’ve taken 4 practice tests, and here’s my scoring breakdown:

Princeton Review 1: 57/80
2009 Released Multiple Choice: 70/80
Princeton Review 2 (different test): 58/80
Sparknotes AP Euro Test: 55/80

(Technically, the Sparknotes was a 41/60, but I figured out the proportion. But it didn’t ask me anything past the 19th century, so I don’t know how to figure that in, or how much to trust the test)

So my first question is, was the 2009 test just really easy? I definitely felt like I knew more on that test, not that I was just making lucky guesses. Are practice tests made to be deliberately harder than the real thing? Or was my score just a fluke?

Any help/opinions would be appreciated, because I’m freaking out!

Apparently in 2009, 13.9% of students got a 5, an all time high out of 2007 - 2011. Apparently, the 2009 test was pretty easy as some of my friends in college have told me.

I would say that MC is not the hardest to do but in fact is getting ~6 on the FRQs.

And PS: Could I get a copy of the 2009 test?

Thanks! Ugh, I was hoping the real one tomorrow would be that easy, but probably not.
:(

I agree the FRQs are harder, which is why I’m working a lot for the MC and DBQ, because if I can do really well on them, hopefully the FRQs won’t entirely kill my score. I generally get anywhere between 6-8 on the DBQs in class so…hopefully I can keep doing that!

And sorry, but I don’t actually have the 2009 test; my teacher had us take it at a review session he was holding, but we didn’t get to keep the test copies.

Good luck tomorrow!
