I'm taking AP Euro next year, and I have some questions:
1. People keep telling me to get the cliffsnotes guide. Are they saying to get the guide to study for the class or the AP Test?
2. How long before the test should you study for the test?
3. How hard is the class?
4. How much homework on average?
5. Any overall tips?

Bump!!!

1) I’d personally recommend Modern European History for your review book, not Cliff Notes.
It would help you (either one you get) for both the class and the AP test.

2) Study steadily throughout the year. Don;t go crazy, but make sure you are aware of and remember key concepts in European history. Around the beginning of April is when I started to hardcore study for the test.

3) Depends. Generally, Euro classes have lots of homework in the form of note-taking.

4) I had 2 hours a night, but that’s because we had to take notes on 16 pages of reading a night.

5) Just keep up with the work - make it a priority. You DON’T want to fall behind.

I go to online school so I am not really the person to ask. The amount of work I have is kinda hard to me. In one week 20 pages of reading plus multiple online packets to read, a DBQ, an activity (usually about 5 pages long), Read textbook pick 10 important people write a 1 paragraph summary on them and answer the review Q’s (there are usually six of them and the answers are 1 page minimum, a online discussion which is mega informative but hard, plus a few random bit here and there.
