ap euro

I have not taken ap european history but am taking the world and europe 2 this year. though my class doesn't cover all the copics in ap history, it covers quite a few. is it worth it to take the test and hope for a 3. i haven't done any additional studying, also if I do bad is it optional to report this score to colleges or is it mandatory if submitting other ap grades.

Why can’t you take it instead as a regular class? I mean your two classes will suffice, and it seems it would cover a huge topic of the class, but the class is a sure foot you’re covering everything. Not to mention you’ll actually know what you need to get corrected in your DBQ’s and Open Response questions. The A.P test seem to be about general topics, and not the minutia. Although, sometimes the response questions ask for specific topic that covers a huge time span. If you want to do it without the class make sure you cover from the Renaissance till right about 1989, and the huge gist of major events during those time span. Try getting more than one book, so you can compare information between the two, or better yet ask the current A.P Teacher * if you can’t take the class* if you can borrow a book. I know you’re taking A.P Bio next year, and this two classes are the same on one thing, memorization.

No, my school does not offer AP EURO as a course, it’s not that i haven’t taken it its that we dont have it.
