AP European History: nervous!

Some random thoughts:

Our class right now just finished the unifications of Germany and Italy. We are so behind!

We are using John Merriman's 1500 pages book.

Who can write three essays in 120 minutes? Or, who can do so without killing their hands?

What grade is everyone in? I'm a junior.

I am a junior, I am in AP US HIstory. I will have AP Euro nex year. Is it hard?

Don't sweat it. I took Euro as a Sophmore and the expected essay style is much less concrete than say the essays that are required on the AP US History test. Our class was quite behind as well but we managed to pull it off.

Remember that most textbooks either are too simplistic or go into too much detail. Luckily, my textbook by Kagan went into just enough detail. Take a look at some guides to the AP exam if you're worried but remember that you're covering the history an entire continent and the AP test writer's don't expect you to remember every little detail.
