Can I not like european history? Thanks. It looks interesting but how will learning european history help my career (business) in any way? In government I can actually learn something to furthuer advance my knowledge in a subject of interest.

I never said you can't like European History -- but you stated, and I quote "Im asian, no offense I dont want to know about european history."

You stated that you don't like it because of your ethnicity and I pointed out that it's a measly excuse. Your business one fits the bill much better.

I'm not trying to be rude, by the way. I just think history is great for people to better understand their culture and others around them -- so to say you don't like European History because you happen to be Asian is kind of closed minded in my honest opinion.

Sorry to let out at you. I just wanted to state my opinions. I guess I gave the wrong reason on my first post ;)

At my school Euro is harder and prepares the students for college better than gov.
I took both and I think taking both classes puts all the information in perspective - you see what the differences and similarities are b/w European nations and US.
But if you absolutely have to choose one of the two I would advice going with Euro.

to damitssam: European History can help your business career if you decide to go international -- a lot of financial issues in the countries are affected by the history in those countries :)
