AP European history - workload?

Hey all, I know that AP Euro is considered one of the harder APs with a lot of work, but the teacher that teaches it at my school gives no homework. So far this year, we only had to read 7 pages in our text book (2 weeks have gone by). My friend at another school has 3 hours of work every day!

While I am thankful for my teacher, will this put me at a disadvantage for AP exams? will I be less prepared?

My teacher does teach (he isn't like lazy or stupid teacher, he graduated from yale law!), he just doesn't assign any sort of essay or notes really. He's just nice. uber nice

bottom line: will I be less preped for the AP exam? thankies

We go through a chapter every week.

If your teacher wants to make that May deadline, he better get cracking.

Having a teacher that doesn’t teach very well is a gift because your grade in the class will be better because they probably don’t expect much from you if they aren’t instructing. It is also a curse, however, once the exam comes along. Many students who have teachers like this are unsuccessful on the exam. To make sure you’re not one of those, get The Princeton Review: Cracking the AP European History Exam, and Modern European History. Read them constantly throughout the year as you go over material in class. No matter how the class is taught, if you do these things you should pass the exam no problem.

okay! thanks. I have a better idea on this stuff now.

last question - I have the 5 steps to a 5 book on AP euro, is that one okay? it was recommended from a friend who had used princeton
