I am an American High school student and would like to get a undergraduate degree in linguistics from a university in the UK(preferably England or Sccotland). Because i know UK undergrad admissions for American student are highly AP exam based, i was wondering what AP exams UK universities would like to see from someone who wants to major in linguistics.
AP Lang and Lit + Calc at least AB, preferably BC, another science, foreign language. Look up reqs for British students and approximate to APs offered at your school. Each course will list required subjects. For example

Typical offer for this course is AAB to include English and Math or another science, which translates into 5,5,4 for APs. You want to have more than 3 APs on your application, in addition to SAT/ACT. You might get away with 5,4,4 being an international applicant.
Languages. I believe math and sciences can be useful background as well, but they aren’t obligatory.
Here’s what UCL suggests for domestic A Level candidates: http://www.ucl.ac.uk/prospective-students/undergraduate/degrees/linguistics-ba/
