If you did not do as well as you expected on your ap exam, do you have to report the score on the common app or can you leave it blank.

Is there even a spot on the common app for AP scores? I didn’t see one…

yes under tests

anyone have an answer for me??

Yea its under the Test category where the SAT/SATII/ACT are also reported. (9 blanks for APs)

yes thanks…but my question was do you have to put the scores or can you ommit the bad one

You can admit a poor one. There is no requirement that you report all your AP scores. However, if the course is listed on your transcript there is an expectation that you will take the test so not reporting it may cause a question in the reviewer’s mind. If your other AP scores are good, one low one is not a deal breaker. The decision as to whether or not report is really up to you.

You can enter AP tests you haven’t taken yet, right? Like the exams I will take at the end of my senior year?

^^^yes.

10 char
