AP Free Response Booklets?

I talked to someone from CollegeBoard and they stated that the FRQ booklets will not be mailed out until the beginning of September once you order them. Can anyone verify this? I thought they only took one to two weeks.

That’s a false statement.

I ordered my AP European History FRQ booklet last year and it arrived in the mail the week after.

Alright. Thanks for the speedy response.

Does anybody think they would be here by next wednesday if i sent the letter in the mail yesterday?

^Seeing as the letter has to get to them, be processed, then the booklet has to get back to you, I’d bet against it.

On a side note, I really hope I get a 5 on Physics since I promised myself I’d order the booklet and hang it up if I got the 5 lol.

i called CB about getting them right after i got my scores on july 1st and sent in my request and a check on july 2nd. no frq booklets yet & they haven’t cashed my check in yet :frowning:
ugh ■■■! i need those back so i can some my old hs teachers too look at them before i leave town for college  argh!!

Yeah, I faxed in my request July 6 and still nothing…

How much do they cost?

^ $7 per booklet

Please post if you have had your frq booklet shipped to you this year.

called them again today.
they finally received and cashed my check.

said that frqs will start to be mailed out late july/beginning of august

Just wondering, did you get your Free Response Booklets back? Because after I took an AP exam I got my FRQ booklet back, so I figure they wouldn’t be any need to buy one.

^You got your green insert back, not your pink FRQ booklet.

I got my free response booklet back yesterday!

^ When did you order it?

B/c I sent College Board an email and got this response back.

“Free Response Book request generally take six to eight weeks to process from the date that we received your request. Please note, your request will be worked on in the order it was received.”

received it on monday the 26th
ordered it july 6th

i got it on monday the 26th.
requested on july 6th

What’s the point of paying to receive your free response booklets? It’s not going to change anything.

^hang it up on your wall, or give it to your teacher as a sample FRQ for future classes if you did awesome

I didn’t get anything back yet. :(

Sent order via fax on July 15th so hopefully I’ll see something soon…
