AP French, yes or no?

I am currently a sophomore and we will soon be choosing our schedules for next year. By the end of high school I will have taken AP European, AP American, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP English, AP Calculus, and at least 3 college credits that can only transfer to state colleges. I am debating whether or not to take AP French, because then I will take it next year as well as senior year. If I do this I will earn one AP credit and another state college credit, making 7 AP credits. Science is my true passion, although, I really enjoy the French language and culture. If I take French, next year, I will continue into senior year, so i either stop now or go two more years. I love traveling and would love to speak another language while traveling. However, if i take these 2 French classes, I will not be able to take Psychology, Sociology, Journalism or Food Science. These classes would greatly increase my GPA, and my school does not weight AP classes when doing class rank, and I would like to be high in class rank. So, 2 more years of French? Or a very good GPA with a brand new set of classes I have never taken before and a good class rank?
