AP Govt 2009 Scores

I have yet to get mine but i think i did pretty good....

How did everyone do?

5

Pretty easy test if one had studied. (I did)

5

pretty easy test if one had studied. (I did…day before)

5

It was a pretty easy test, but that only made me worried because I knew the curve would probably be really tough. I was relieved to get a 5 on this, because it was one of the only 5’s I got this year. :(

5

Ditto to the above post! Except I only took two tests and got two 5s. ^^

hahaha lol it looks like everyone got a 5

How did you prep? I won’t have a class, and I was wondering if I could just read one or two prep books (I don’t know which) and get a 5. I have a pretty good Gov (from Comparative and debate) and American History background.

I must be dumb because I got a 3.

I could blame it on a list of things (first time teacher of gov, student teacher for first semester, we reviewed the last week and when we came across something we didn’t know the teacher just wrote it down to look it up later, blehhh), but I really should have studied better.

Lol. I’m dumb too b/c of a freakin’ 4! My teacher didn’t teach it very well so I had to self study a bit.

I got a 4, which is still a good score. Especially considering this was the first year my teacher taught AP and she didn’t even teach.

5
very happy

5
so easy
just watch the West Wing
and pray for good free response questions

I’ve been lurking over here to see when my brother’s scores would come since he’s gone this week…it was his first AP test and he got a 3. Not too shabby, considering he took a regular government class (not AP) and only self-studied the day before.

5

It was my favorite class by far (all my high school career actually) and the 5 pushed me to pursue Political Science! I love Politics and apparently I do pretty well in the subject so hopefully it pans out.

hey jodessky i cannot really say how you have to study for this test since i took a class in my school, but it was only one semester course. Our teacher was pretty good and he was awesome. i would say what will help you would study prep books and esp. study cards and charts from spark notes helped me a lot.

Got a 3 without studying. Pretty easy test.

It was the teacher’s first year teaching it as well. I was kind of surprised.

Got a 5 with some reviewing the day before.
They must grade the FR pretty leniently because my “essays” all were just a one-sentence statement plus 3-4 sentence examples.

3

Self studied :D

very happy about my 5 :)

Got a 5  I took the late test and so I took it about 3 weeks after the last day our class reviewed for the regular test date. Pretty happy I got a 5 on at least 1 History test…kinda
