for hyps etc top schools, if you submit a 4 on one of your ap tests supposeding you ahve many, but a few of them are 4s will they like shun you? or it wont hurt you at all

4s are fine. They can't break an application alone, dude. Work on being an interesting person. I was talking to an admissions counselor from Wesleyan at a local college fair, and she said that you get these kids with high scores on the SATs/ACTs and 4s or 5s on their APs...yet they stay locked in their rooms all day. That's why so many valedictorians are rejected. It's ideal to know how to have fun, and grow intellectually while you're at it.

but for colleges like harvard, 4s don't give u advanced standing at all. should one still put down the 4s since a 4 is very satisfactory?

i got two 4's in history and eng. language

still cannot get over them not being 5's

that's just me, though

oh, just put it, they would have a better chance of knowing who you are w/o hurting your admission rate... probably. If I were a member of adcom, I would like to see 4's on your ap exam grades instead of you're hiding it away.

Or it's just my philosophy...

4s are amazing, especially on AP Euro, which should die

yeah i think you should def. post 4's. If you don't, they will assume you got a 3 at the best and possibly a 1 or 2.
