Hi, I never took the Ap exams but I passed the classes. It was mainly because at that time, I had my AICE exams to take on the same / similar dates and in my state, if we receive the AICE diploma we receive a scholarship to any school in the state, fully covered. I’m a junior, so I’m applying this fall. Would this seem bad if I don’t submit AP scores? I did well in my SAT subjects and ACT composite, while I also have many internships and projects I personally have founded.
Based on what my college counselor told me, putting AP scores on your application can strengthen it if they’re good or weaken it if they’re notably poor, but if there are no scores, it doesn’t really have any impact on how your application is viewed.
It shouldn’t make a huge difference. But if you’re applying to really competitive schools, it’ll like be the difference between acceptance and rejection.
