AP Japanese anyone?

I'm thinking of maybe self studying it in my junior year (06-07) with my Jap. teacher's help. It'll be my 3rd year of japanese...i'm probably screwed oh well

Yes!

I've studied 3 years of Japanese too and I took a look at the Japanese syllabus on Collegeboard...it doesn't seem that bad.

At first I didn't know it was going to be an internet-based test and I actually got pretty nervous about typing kanji and hiragana...but then I discovered the wonderful romanji input system of Microsoft IME...haha that makes everything so much better.

wait..it's internet based? ***?

Yeah...you talk into a mike, listen from the computer speakers, write using a keyboard, and read off the screen.

It's the same as AP Chinese...(and the other new AP languages...I think).

hmmm...weird. i hate romaji, so i don't really like the idea of typing into a computer

Ahhh....those wacky japs.
