<p>This is a classical question testing your ability to apply the knowledge of enzyme activity at different temperatures. Catalase functions more optimally at body temperature, and assuming that body temperature will be a little more like standard 37 C during summer, more hydrogen peroxide will be broken down during the summer because of the hightened activity of the enzyme.</p>
<p>I am not, I took AP bio 2 years ago, and got it over with. But it seems that this is the catalase lab from which the question is from, I remember no other regarding catalases, unfortunately.</p>
