<p>What are you guys planning on doing to study? is there a good prep book to buy or a good computer program? i realllllly want to do well</p>
<p>To study for my AP Lang and Comp test last year, we did prompts in class, graded the prompts, then discussed which people did well and why they did well. We had a list of lit terms and devices to study and we learned how to use them and what each term meant. I would, however, recommend a book called ‘5 steps to a 5’, specifically the Lang and Comp one. We used this book almost every day last year.</p>
<p>doing AP English hw to improve rhetorical analysis and relying on teacher to make the class do bunch of in-class essays.</p>
<p>In class, we’re learning SAT vocab and a vocab list of rhetorical devices. tests are weekly. we are writing essays weekly or every other week. If you really need practice, i recommend looking at previous prompts and writing them out under test conditions.</p>
