I’m going into senior year next school year and I’m taking a few ap classes(bio, lit and maybe spanish) but I’m the most worried about AP Lit. I love reading and writing but I don’t feel like my writing and analyzing skills are great. They are ok but I’m. Scared of failing as the teacher is very strict on grading. Should I still take it?
That’s exactly how I felt before taking AP Lit, but I ended up enjoying the class and getting a 5! I say if you love reading and writing, go for it, don’t be scared. It’s worth a try, and you won’t fail (even if the teacher is strict) unless you don’t try. Besides, you’ve already got a bonus for liking reading and writing, which will definitely make the class more tolerable.
