AP Music Theory

Before anyone starts yelling at me about not using the search tool, I've already done it. I wanted to make one universal AP Music Theory "review" thread for students that are taking the exam via independent study, without a class, or just want a review thread / can't find a review book.

This is all the review recommendations that I've found thus far through searching the forums. If anyone could add on to this list, I would appreciate it and I am sure many APMT takers will appreciate it too.
