AP Physics 1, help?

I was originally supposed to take AP Bio, but I had a scheduling conflict so I'm now taking Physics. I'll be taking Pre-Calculus Honors along with it; will that be an advanced enough math to get by? Also, my schedule says the class is AP Physics B, and I was given an AP Physics B textbook for the class. On our course guide, it says it's AP Physics 1. What's the deal with that?
I have no prior knowledge of physics either, will that still be okay? And is it even worth it to take the class if my school doesn't offer AP Physics 2 (which I honestly wasn't planning to take anyway)?

AP Physics B is no more as of this year. It’s been replaced with AP Physics 1 and 2. You do not need prior knowledge of physics for AP Physics 1, and concurrent pre-calc is more than sufficient.

As for your second question, meh. You don’t seem to have a better option, so it seems OK.

I’d say it’s worth taking, I’m assuming you’re a soph or junior so you can just take AP Bio next year.
